Cardiff housing developer Lovell has received a top rating from homebuyers in the HBF (Home Builders Federation) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The company, which is based at Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff, received five stars – the highest possible score – in the annual national HBF survey.

More than 90 per cent of buyers surveyed who had bought new homes from Lovell were satisfied with the overall quality of their home while the same percentage said they would recommend the company to a friend.

“Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority and to see the dedication of our sales, customer service and construction teams recognised by the results of this independent survey is immensely rewarding,” says Lovell regional director Nick Kurobasa. “As well as delivering the highest quality and service standards, we want to make buying a home with Lovell a great customer experience.
