Five stars for Cardiff-based developer Lovell
Cardiff housing developer Lovell has received a top rating from homebuyers in the HBF (Home Builders Federation) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The company, which is based at Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff, received five stars – the highest possible score – in the annual national HBF survey.
More than 90 per cent of buyers surveyed who had bought new homes from Lovell were satisfied with the overall quality of their home while the same percentage said they would recommend the company to a friend.

The national results of the HBF survey are echoed by the company’s own customer surveys in south Wales - everyone who bought a property from Lovell in the region in 2009 said they would recommend Lovell to a friend looking to buy a new home.
