Buyers in Hambleton can enjoy more than just a look through the keyhole as Redrow opens the doors to properties from its New Heritage Collection.

A premium housing product with more than a hint of nostalgia, the New Heritage Collection is influenced by the ‘Arts and Crafts’ era, with 34 different house designs available in brick and render finishes.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), said: “Homes from the New Heritage Collection are now available at Mulberry Grange in Hambleton and to enable potential purchasers to picture themselves living in our new homes we now have two properties open for viewing – a ‘Broadway’ and a ‘Tetbury’, both with three-bedrooms.”

Redrow enlisted designers from Show Business Interiors to dress the properties.

Cath Ogilive, from Show Business, said: “We have dressed the ‘Broadway’ with a young family in mind. To emphasis the light and airy nature of the house, we used an ivory palette with cream and mushroom accents. And to give it a modern edge we’ve added flashes of electric blue and black.”

With flocked mushroom coloured wallpaper, the master bedroom has an elegant and sophisticated feel. Bedroom two is dressed as a guest room with soft ivory and porcelain blue designs, combining Oriental and French influences. The flower fairies theme of bedroom three is sure to appeal to young girls.

The ‘Tetbury’ has been given a natural look. Its lounge will be home to the sales office, while in the kitchen there are samples of design choices available for customers to view.

“Redrow designed the New Heritage Collection in response to feedback from customers who told us they wanted a conventional two-storey home, preferably detached, with an easily accessible garage and a garden of their own,” Patsy commented.

“Combining the best of old and new, the collection is already wowing customers at Saxon Court in Sherbun in Elmet and I’m sure buyers in Hambleton will be equally impressed.”

A three-bedroom home from the New Heritage Collection at Mulberry Grange could be yours for £224,999.

Nestled in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, residents of Mulberry Grange can enjoy a range of amenities close to home. It’s also just a short distance away from Selby, with good transport links to Leeds, York, Bradford and Wakefield.

To see the New Heritage Collection for yourself, visit the show homes open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
