PH Jones chooses 850 Citroen Berlingo & Dispatch Vans
As part of a complete fleet replacement programme, fast-growing PH Jones - one of the UK’s largest specialist property maintenance and utility metering companies - is now taking delivery of 850 award-winning Citroen Berlingo and Dispatch vans.

The acquisition of the new fleet of Berlingo and Dispatch vans, together with our latest corporate branding, reflects our company’s industry leading position and the use of innovative technology.”
Prior to placing its major order for Dispatch and Berlingo vans, PH Jones - working closely with Lloyds TSB Autolease - carried out an exhaustive vehicle review. This covered fitness for purpose, whole life costs, environmental considerations, as well as crew comfort and safety. The unique Citroen Berlingo and Dispatch package, with standard fit Trafficmaster Smartnav, fuel efficient and low emission HDi diesel engines, three-seat capability, and high levels of safety, comfort and convenience equipment, met all of PH Jones’ financial, operational and environmental requirements.
PH Jones is operating its new Citroenvans on 42 month, 70,000 mile, Lloyds TSB Autolease contract hire agreements. Citroen Coventry is supplying 350 Dispatch L2H1 2.0HDi 120hp and 500 Berlingo LX 850 1.6HDi 90hp vans. Both the Dispatch - which has just been short-listed for the Motor Transport Fleet Van of the Year Award 2010 - and the Berlingo vans are being fitted with internal racking and other equipment by Chambers Vehicle Conversions - to the specific requirements of PH Jones’ engineers in their various trades.
