Barratt is offering its Head Start scheme on selected homes in its Canyke Fields development in Bodmin to get buyers settled into their new home in time for the World Cup Final next month.
The homes will be showcased at an Open Day on 12th June, which gives potential buyers the opportunity to view a range of available properties and learn more about the Head Start scheme.
And as an added bonus, anyone reserving now will receive a brand new flat screen TV on which to enjoy the World Cup Final.

Head Start is a shared equity scheme allowing a buyer to secure a home for just 85 per cent of the asking price. The remaining 15 per cent is funded through a deferred Barratt loan which is only payable when the home is sold again or in ten years – whichever is sooner.
