Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire has got a simple message for househunters – choose the deal which suits your circumstances and you could soon own a beautiful new build home in Middlesbrough.

Roseberry Court, situated close to the centre of Middlesbrough on Roseberry Road, currently has a selection of three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. Prices start from just £144, 950 for a three bedroom detached home.

If that price doesn’t grab your attention, Taylor Wimpey has introduced a host of deals at Roseberry Court which can help first time buyers, those with a property to sell, buyers who need a little monthly mortgage help and those struggling to save for a deposit.

For buyers taking their first steps onto the property ladder but struggling to save a substantial deposit, there is help in the shape of the Deposit Match scheme.

Through the Deposit Match scheme, the house builder will match the deposit put down by purchasers, up to 10% of the property’s value. This additional capital provides first time buyers with access to a wider range of mortgages, more competitive interest rates and reduced monthly payments.

For people with a home to sell, Taylor Wimpey can remove this burden with the part exchange or easymover schemes.

The part exchange scheme involves Taylor Wimpey buying your house from you, removing all the pressure involved with selling a property and leaving you free to move into your new home. Taylor Wimpey will also pay your estate agents’ and legal fees.

The easymover scheme is designed to help purchasers secure their new home at the new development and sell their current property in one easy package.

To participate in the scheme, buyers choose a new home from one of the beautiful Taylor Wimpey homes at Roseberry Court, and pay a reservation fee to secure the plot.

Taylor Wimpey will work alongside a local estate agent to help you find a buyer usually within six weeks of going on the market. Taylor Wimpey will also pay your estate agents’ fees, legal fees, moving fees and stamp duty.

Lastly, for those who may need a little extra help each month, a mortgage subsidy of up to £600 per month for two years is also available. This is a straightforward deal which sees buyers of selected properties at Roseberry Court received £600 per month into their bank account from Taylor Wimpey, in order to help with mortgage repayments.

Bev Russell, Taylor Wimpey sales manager for Roseberry Court, said: “The homes that we offer at Roseberry Court are spacious and attractive and we know our visitors love them, but sometimes they just need that extra bit of help to suit their individual circumstances.

“We have introduced these deals as we believe that they offer a little something for all buyers – we want to give you more than a beautiful house at a great price – we want to do everything we can to move you into the home that you love.”

As Roseberry Court is situated in the middle of Middlesbrough, it is ideal for commuters. Both the A19 and the A66 are easily accessible from the development, while travelers interested in venturing further a field will benefit from Roseberry Court’s close proximity to Durham Tees Valley Airport.
