Abbey Grand Prix Podium Special mortgage

From Friday 2 July 2010, Abbey for Intermediaries is offering homeowners the opportunity to qualify for its new Grand Prix Podium Special mortgage. The three year tracker is available to all customers at a rate of 3.21 per cent; 75 per cent LTV and no fee. 

And for existing mortgage customers looking to move property, Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) is rewarding their loyalty and increasing the LTV from 75 to 80 per cent on its two year fixed and two year tracker Loyal Mover products meaning that more of its customers could qualify for these great deals. Both products have no arrangement fee and are available at a competitive 3.99 per cent for the fixed and 2.99 per cent for the tracker. AfI is also launching a new 3.09 per cent, 70 per cent LTV Homebuyer product with a £995 fee for existing customers moving home.

The new products include:

Grand Prix Podium Special three-year tracker at 3.21 per cent, 75 per cent LTV and no fee (maximum loan size £550k)

Loyal Mover 3.99 per cent two-year fixed at 80 per cent LTV and no fee (maximum £550k)

Loyal Mover 2.99 per cent two-year fixed at 80 per cent LTV and no fee (maximum £550k)

Loyal Mover 3.09 per cent two-year fixed at 70 per cent LTV and £995 fee (maximum £1m)
