Champagne tasting with Jilly Goolden at Roman Quarter

Food and drink fans in West Sussex are set to descend on David Wilson Homes’ Roman Quarter on Thursday 15 July where TV personality Jilly Goolden will be hosting a champagne tasting event.

Jilly Goolden, who presented BBC 2’s Food and Drink for 18 years, may have appeared on Celebrity Masterchef and I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, but she is best known for her abstract descriptions of wine tasting appreciation.

Visitors to the flagship Roman Quarter in the centre of Chichester will have the opportunity to take advantage of Jilly’s knowledge from 4-8pm as she conducts a champagne tasting with guests.

There will also be music from a string quartet and canapés to complement the bubbly, as visitors take a tour of the development and show apartment.
