Award-winning housebuilder Miller Homes is encouraging young residents at its local development to put crayons or felt tip pens to paper this summer and design their ideal home.

In support of Children’s Art Week (6th July until 13th July), Miller Homes is asking residents at its Fairfield Manor development, who are under the age of 12, to design a new Miller Home that would fulfil all their dreams.

“It is a great opportunity for our younger residents to get involved and have fun designing their perfect home,” commented Steve McElroy, sales director Miller Homes Yorkshire. “We are looking forward to seeing their innovative ideas.”

Competition entries have to taken to the development sales centre by the end of July where they will be displayed for all visitors to the development to vote for their favourite. The winner will receive a £25 Toys R Us gift voucher, perfect for spending during the summer holidays! If you know someone who has entered, why not call into the sales centre at Fairfield Manor and register your vote!

“We really hope that the children will enjoy letting their imaginations run a little wild,” commented Steve. “They are designing their ideal home so we are expecting a few unusual ideas as well as some really good, creative suggestions that we could perhaps take on board.”

Fairfield Manor is a picturesque development and is located just half a mile from Wakefield Centre. It is close to both M1 and M62 providing an ideal base for commuters. Properties currently available range from two bedroom apartments priced from £112,500 to a four/five bedroom detached home with detached double garage for £361,500.

Why not visit the sales centre and show home at Fairfield Manor and vote for your favourite home of the future. Visit anytime from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
