Nuneaton home buyers will be able to enjoy their first look inside Redrow’s New Heritage Collection with the launch of three new show homes.

Eliot’s View at Tuttle Hill will offer a blend of traditional looking homes with contemporary interiors styled for modern family life. The first wave of properties will be released for sale on July 24th when the doors to three professionally dressed, fully furnished show homes will open.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “We understand that customers like to look around a property and picture themselves living there. So to help them make an informed decision about the right home for them we’re opening three show homes at Eliot’s View ¬- ‘Broadway’ and ‘Tetbury’ designs with three bedrooms each and a two-bedroom ‘Evesham’.

“Each property has been carefully styled to suit a slightly different audience and features high quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings in keeping with the quality of our homes.”

Influenced by the Arts and Crafts era, the New Heritage Collection is a premium housing product, with many external features reminiscent of one of the most popular and enduring of British architectural styles.

“The New Heritage Collection was designed in response to feedback from customers who said they wanted a traditional looking two-storey home with lots of external character, but with a high quality interior specification,” Pauline commented.

“The ‘Broadway’, with its asymmetric porch roof and dormer, is a prime example of how Redrow’s New Heritage Collection has brought some of the traditional architectural influences of the Arts and Crafts movement right up to date for 21st century lifestyles.”

Dressed with young families in mind, the ‘Broadway’ enjoys a cream colour palette with accents of aubergine, teal and metallic textures. Oak furniture provides a sturdy base to the otherwise delicate patterning used throughout the house in the fabrics and wallpapers.

A calm and muted pallet, with ocre yellows, warm taupes and soft creams gives the ‘Tetbury’ an understated elegant look.

The ‘Evesham’ has been given a chic contemporary feel, that’s certain to appeal to first time buyers. White and mirrored furniture reflect light throughout the spacious living areas; while silver metallic fabrics and clever use of textures featured within the property are contrasted with a hint of black creating depth and definition to the simple colour pallet.

All of the homes have an emphasis on convivial open plan living spaces, fashionable kitchen designs with floor to ceiling cabinets, central islands, top brand name appliances and sleek, modern bathroom suites with quality fixtures and fittings.

“Whether you’re stepping on to the property ladder, moving up to a bigger home or perhaps even downsizing to something more manageable, the range of two, three and four-bedrooms available at Eliot’s View means you’re almost certain to find the home of your dreams,” Pauline commented.

Located close to the A444 and A5, Eliot’s View is close to Nuneaton town centre and also boasts good transport links so is well placed for commuting to Coventry, Atherstone and Hinckley.

Landscaped and with established trees retained, the development enjoys a sense of tranquillity and is close to the canal.
