Final apartments at Meridian in Bristol

Buyers looking to purchase one of the highly sought after apartments at Taylor Wimpey’s Meridian development in Bristol had better get their skates on as there are just 15 left for sale in 2010.
The stylish development has been a phenomenal success since its launch in April, which saw enthusiastic buyers queuing from 4:30am for their chance to secure one of the one, two or three bedroom apartments currently available from just £111,995.
Richard Goad, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, said: “Meridian has been a real winner with young professionals and first time buyers looking to secure city centre living at a price they can afford. The fact that we have sold 85% of the apartments available for this year in just three months speaks volumes about the demand for high quality homes in the heart of Bristol.
“Home ownership remains an aspiration for young city centre professionals and many have clearly recognised that now is the time to buy. We’re certain the remaining apartments, available for purchase this year, won’t be on the market for long.”
The stylish homes, located on Brunel Way, are Taylor Wimpey’s first collection of city centre apartments in Bristol for many years and is set to transform the disused Megabowl complex into a brand new residential community.
A number of the apartments at Meridian have views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge and all apartments have allocated parking. There will be a number of private garden areas throughout the development to enjoy.
For further information the marketing suite is open daily from 11:00am until 5:30pm.
