Visitors to Barratt’s latest development in Winchester recently were treated to a culinary treat as James Martin’s local deli performed a brunch cooking demonstration.

The Highcroft development in Romsey Road welcomed the team from Cadogan and James, the smart delicatessen based in the city’s ancient square. The popular deli is an abundance of chocolates, cheese, crackers and biscuits, jams, mustard, oils, vinegars, olives, pasta, preserved fruits, relish, chutney and sauces, offering something for everyone.

Will music provided by a jazz trio, the event saw the Cadogan and James team cook up a tasty brunch for potential house buyers.

“It was a privilege to have James’ deli at Highcroft to feed visitors with their fantastic food. It was a great way to show case the development and enjoy some food at the same time,” said Mark Docherty, sales director at Barratt Southampton.

Set in a green expanse of wooded countryside and located right in the heart of Winchester, just minutes from the train station, Highcroft offers a winning formula to home buyers. And, with train journeys as little as 58 minutes to the centre of London, it makes the perfect choice.

The Highcroft development has been specially designed to complement the surrounding area and offers a stunning selection of one and two bedroom apartments – as well as three bedroom houses.

It enjoys an excellent location in a leafy and sought-after area in the west of Winchester. The development lies close to wooded countryside but there are numerous amenities and leisure facilities close by, including bars, restaurants and the city’s train station.

The development is perfect for commuters, with a direct service to London Waterloo in just 58 minutes. The M3 and M27 offer excellent transport links to Basingstoke, Southampton, the New Forest and Dorset.

For further information on Highcroft, please visit the sales office on Romsey Road, open from 11am to 6pm Thursday to Monday.
