CSMA Club’s Big Weekend at Thruxton

Car enthusiasts and their families will be hard pushed to find a more exciting place to spend August Bank Holiday this year than the CSMA Club’s Big Weekend at Thruxton motor racing circuit, Hampshire.

You do not have to be a CSMA Club member to come along and you can enjoy a whole weekend of family fun and motor racing on the 28 and 29th of August, all from just £6 per day for a public adult Saturday ticket.

The final round of the Dunlop Great & British Motorsport Festival forms the basis of the weekend with MINIs and superfast Radicals among those starring in 18 races over the two day festival.

Interested in Classic Vehicles? Then head on down to the Classic Vehicle display; organised by the Cotswold Motoring Museum; and CSMA Club Classic Vehicle Group. Confirmed vehicles for the display include an Aston Martin DB6, Saab 96 and an Austin Healey Sprite.

Combine that with day long outdoor entertainment for the whole family, which includes a fire breathing robotic horse, fantastic live music and a band of Tanzanian acrobats and there should be something to keep everyone amused.
