Taylor Wimpey to build in Evesham

Taylor Wimpey Midlands is looking forward to expanding its development portfolio in the Midlands by bringing a new collection of homes to Worcestershire.
The house builder has been granted planning permission to build a development of 300 high quality new homes off Badsey Road in Evesham and is expected to start selling off plan in October.
Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands said: “We’re delighted to be in a position to move forward with our plans and are looking forward to transforming the land off Badsey Road into an exciting new community.
“The success we’ve experienced with our Diglis Water development in Worcester and Stone Pippin Orchard development in Badsey demonstrates the continuing demand for quality homes in the right location. This new development reaffirms our commitment to investing in the region and we’re confident that it will be a great success.”
Designed to appeal to a range of house hunters, the development will offer one and two bedroom first time buyer properties through to traditional three, four and five bedroom family homes. The new development will offer plenty of green open spaces for residents to enjoy, along with footpaths, cycle ways and a children’s play area.
Anne adds: “Interest in our new development is already gaining momentum, so if you’re keen to be amongst the first to find out details on the launch and the homes that will be released for sale I’d encourage you to register your details now.”
