10th August 2010 Print

BCA is offering its customers a free download PDF web-guide or printed manual which shows how to get the best out of the variety of services on offer at the company’s new website (british-car-auctions.co.uk).

The 26-page user-guide is written in plain English complete with accompanying illustrations and covers everything from registering to use the site, through to setting up detailed searches and email alerts, accessing catalogues and using the stock locator.

BCA’s Keith Rountree, Head of Marketing commented “We want to ensure that everybody that uses the BCA website gets the most out of it and this manual will help them do just that.”

He added “The new BCA site is visited by 4,000 trade buyers daily, with 85% of those using the site regularly over a 24 hour period.  In addition, a quarter of a million consumers have registered to use the site with that number increasing by some 1,500 daily – all of them interested in buying a good value used vehicle now or in the future.”

The BCA web manual is available as a free download from the BCA website or by emailing customerservices[at]bca-group.com.  Printed format copies are available by ringing BCA Customer Services on 0844 875 3480 (call charged at local rate).
