‘Big Boy’ comes to town

16th September 2008 Print
Isuzu Rodeo Denver and Big Boy Denver Isuzu (UK) Limited dealer, Stan Palmer, Carlisle, is offering customers a ride on the wild side, following the creation of the special edition ‘Big Boy’ Rodeo pick-up. The dealer, one of Isuzu’s biggest in the UK, has a history of creating innovative and groundbreaking local initiatives and the latest is no exception.

Built-to-order and based on the Rodeo Denver Max, the ‘Big Boy’ boasts a 4" Body Lift Kit, Cobra front bucket seats, huge 18" Esse Shadow alloys with 265/65/18 All-Terrain tyres, a stunning Diamond Brite full chequer plate load liner, privacy glass, stainless steel rear style bar, upgraded Bilstein shock absorbers plus increased axle articulation, a full carbon interior kit and chrome grille, bonnet trim and rear bumper end caps.

Surprisingly, all this extra kit will only add £6,500 to the price of the standard Denver Max, retailing at £22,495 on-the-road (excluding VAT).

Ian Armstrong, Dealer Principal, said: "The Isuzu Rodeo Denver Max is already a highly respected and durable workhorse. Our aim was to give an unusual ‘lifestyle’ twist to such a dependable and already highly-desirable vehicle to show-off its capabilities and broaden its appeal."

On sale now, the ‘Big Boy’ has already wowed the crowds at both the Cumberland Show and the Lowther Horse Trials with a number of orders already received.

The Isuzu range starts at just £9,999 on-the-road (excluding VAT), and with two new derivatives being added to the range - a new 3.0 litre Denver Max LE in manual or automatic transmission and a new entry-level 2.5 litre 4x2 Single Cab – the ever-expanding Rodeo range really does have something for everyone.
