Yorkshire couple move to second Redrow home

Julie and Simon Rennison were happy with their Redrow home in Hull but wanted to relocate and where better to move to than another new Redrow home?

“We were living in a three-bedroom Redrow home in Hull but wanted somewhere between Hull and Bradford after Simon changed jobs,” Julie explained.

“Just as we started looking at properties, a Redrow brochure came through the door with details of homes in North Yorkshire. We had already decided that we wanted another new-build home because they are easier to manage. We did look at other developers’ properties but love the design of the Redrow homes – they’ve got character.”

Julie, 41, who works in accounts, and Simon, a 38-year-old general manager, are now living in a four-bedroom detached home at Mulberry Grange in Hambleton, near Selby with their daughter Molly, seven.

“We first saw the house on the Redrow website and when we viewed it we knew it was the right place for us. Hambleton is a lovely village,” Julie said.

“I would recommend Redrow to anyone looking for a new home because the specification of the product is so high and the after sales care you get is brilliant.”
