The ultimate birthday present at Withycombe Meadow

Everyone loves birthdays but two sisters from Highbridge received the ultimate birthday present this week as they moved into their new four bedroom property at Taylor Wimpey’s Withycombe Meadow development.

After some financial help from Mum and Dad, Ronnie and Andi Timberlake were able to purchase their new Warwick townhouse and move-in day was none other than Andi’s 25th birthday!

Ronnie, 26, said: “I had been looking to purchase a place of my own for a while but all I could afford were one bedroom flats which weren’t ideal as I needed space for my cat Smokey to roam around! In the end Andi and I decided we could afford a bigger place if we bought together.”

Ronnie and Andi paid a visit to the marketing suite at Taylor Wimpey’s Withycombe Meadow development and were amazed at the homes available in their price range.

Andi said: “The idea of living in a townhouse had always appealed to me but I never thought I’d ever be able to afford one! Marianne, the sales executive at Withycombe Meadow was fantastic and went through every option available. It turned out there was much more on offer to us than we had previously thought and when she showed us around the showhome, we immediately fell in love with it!”

The sisters had their heart set on the three storey Warwick and although they could afford the mortgage, they were struggling to raise the full deposit required. Luckily help was on hand!

Andi explains: “We both decided the Warwick was the house for us but needed some help with the deposit. When our parents went to visit the showhome, they too fell in love with it and were adamant we should move in there so kindly gave us the rest of the deposit – it was kind of an early birthday present!

“We’re so excited to be moving into our new home and are not worried about getting in each others way as the townhouse design allows us to have a floor each! This has definitely been the best birthday present I could have wished for!”
