Peugeot ready for a busy September

9th August 2007 Print
Peugeot 4007 With a summer bursting full of new model launches and the introduction of the new ’57 registration plate from 1 September 2007, now is the ideal time to visit a Peugeot dealer.

The spacious 207 SW, versatile 4007 SUV and stylish 308 are now key models in Peugeot’s head-turning range and customers can add even more appeal with the new ’57 registration plate.

Joining the iconic 207 hatchback, stylish 207 Coupé Cabriolet and devilish 207 GTi, the 207 SW continues to build on the range’s reputation for style and driveability. The model provides extra interior space and features a full-length “Cielo” panoramic glass roof, which allows more natural light to stream through the cabin.

With a greater boot capacity, innovative rear seat folding mechanism, opening glass rear tailgate and aluminium roof bars fitted as standard, the 207 SW is the practical choice for customers who require a versatile vehicle.

The second addition to the showroom is Peugeot’s first SUV, the distinctive 4007, which gives customers the best of both worlds with the option of an ‘on demand’ four-wheel drive system, in addition to the dynamic road handling of the two-wheel drive mode.

Highly desirable, with top marks for style and comfort, this 5+2 SUV is powered by the latest generation HDi diesel engine technology and returns an impressive mpg performance – 39.2mpg on the combined cycle and emitting just 191 g/km of CO2.

The latest summer arrival is the highly anticipated 308, which cruises into the showroom this month and will be available to test drive from early September. Taking over from the highly successful Peugeot 307 the new 308 is longer, wider yet lower giving it even more road presence. The latest new Peugeot offers a large interior space, leading safety equipment and high standards of road holding; this five door hatchback is available with a range of VTi petrol and HDi diesel engines.

The 308’s stylish design not only looks good but helps to reduce fuel consumption and emissions with its class leading aerodynamics – enabling the 1.6 litre HDi 90 to emit just 120 g/km of CO2.

2007 has certainly been a busy year for Peugeot so far with so many new models launched. Now is the ideal time to visit a Peugeot showroom and be one of the first to be seen in a newly registered model.
