Volvo’s Coventry Dealerpoint joins the Roadcrew Club

Volvo Truck and Bus Centre East Anglia’s Coventry Dealerpoint has opened a Roadcrew Shop. The retail outlet, which is located within the Dealerpoint premises, is a veritable Aladdin's cave of goodies for truck, bus, van, car and yes, even motorcycle customers and dealers. Think heavy-duty Halfords, but without the bikes and buggies.

All that awkward kit that you could waste precious hours looking for is waiting on the shelves. Workshop tools and equipment, trailer products, Personal Protective Equipment and safety gear, chemicals and engine / transmission oil and non-Volvo vehicle components too.

Volvo Coventry’s Parts Manager, Paul Dunn said: “The new Roadcrew shop here at Coventry is already doing brisk trade. It will be invaluable for our customers, saving them hunting around for parts and accessories and I’m sure it will bring in new business too.”

Local operators are already finding the new Roadcrew shop a boon. Gary Bartlett, of Bartletts of Coventry who run a fleet of sand and aggregate tippers said, “We are up at Volvo’s Coventry depot regularly for MOTs and it’s very convenient to pop in to the Roadcrew shop for anything from cable-ties upwards,” adding, “I rarely come away empty-handed.”
