New telephone helpline for tourists in Italy

‘Easy Italia - No Worry Holidays’ is the new phone service offering multilingual information and services to Italian and foreign tourists recently activated by the Ministry for Tourism.

Every day, including Sundays and public holidays, from 9.00 to 22.00, people visiting the country can call 039.039.039 (three times the international phone code for Italy), for help and emergency services in case of variety of possible accidents and inconveniences such as poor services or tourist services not complying with the contract, requests for medical assistance, police services, direct connection with information networks in the different areas, travel advice, special consultancy regarding travellers' rights, up-to-date information on museums, exhibitions, tourist attractions and special assistance for disabled visitors. In short, everything a tourist may need to make his holiday even easier and safer.

The English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Russian and, of course, Italian helpline offers invaluable help to get over language and culture problems quickly and easily, offering immediate and efficient answers for the needs that may arise during a visit to Italy.
