Peugeot offers benefit customers beyond scrappage incentive

A good example of this new car offer is the Peugeot 207 – Europe’s best-selling low CO2 car of 2008 (in both the sub 121g/km and 131g/km sectors) – which, in the well-equipped Verve specification, is available to SIS customers for just £8,740. This has a (SIS) customer saving of £3,300 off the original retail price of £12,040 – made up from current retail consumer offers of £1,300 and £2,000 (£1,000 from Government and a further £1,000 from Peugeot). Peugeot will also extend their £1,000 to customers without a car to scrap, making the 207 Verve available at £9,740.
Other cars in the range are also available and, for individuals scrapping their ten-year-old car, examples include the Peugeot 107 Urban Lite, available at £5,945, while customers can also save a considerable £4,300 on the Peugeot 308 Verve or £2,725 on the latest Peugeot Bipper Van.
The scheme runs from 18th May 2009 to 28th Feb 2010, or until the £300 million Government funding for the scheme runs out.
