Have a cuppa with Redrow in Moston

Redrow is hosting a house warming of its own in North Manchester – and you’re invited.
As part of Manchester Food and Drink Festival a special afternoon tea will be held at the show homes at Hanson Gardens, Moston.
The award-winning housebuilder has teamed up with a local bakery for the event, which takes place on Sunday, October 10.
Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), commented: “The Food and Drink Festival is the perfect opportunity to invite our neighbours in the Moston community and the surrounding area to join us for a cup of tea, piece of cake and a chat. It also enables us to showcase all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer.”
Redrow is working closely with Manchester City Council as part of a pioneering regeneration scheme in Moston.
A shared equity scheme administered by the City Council allows purchasers to defer 25% of the purchase price of a new home, interest free for 10 years.
Two-bedroom homes at Hanson Gardens are available from £104,995, with three-bedroom properties on the market from £129,995. Buyers who utilise shared equity to put off paying up to a quarter of the price can snap up a two-bedroom home for an initial outlay as little as £78,746.
Join Redrow for afternoon tea at Hanson Gardens, Hugo Street, Moston, on Sunday, October 10 between 11am and 4pm.
