Taylor Wimpey announces sea view homes in Brotton

A selection of spacious, well-priced family homes will soon be available in Brotton, as housebuilder Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire moves to the area with new development Hunley Manor.

Taylor Wimpey expects Hunley Manor to be a popular choice for families seeking a quiet semi-rural retreat. Some of the properties even have pretty views over the North Sea and some have attractive split level gardens.

When complete, Hunley Manor on Newbury Road will boast 68 properties of three bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes and four bedroom detached properties.

The development caters both for buyers with a home to sell and first timers, thanks to two great deals – part exchange and 5% towards your deposit.

Hunley Manor will benefit from being close to the A174, A171 and A66 leading to the A19. Both Middlesbrough and Whitby can be reached by car in around 30 minutes and nearby Saltburn-by-the-Sea railway stations delivers services to Middlesbrough in 25 minutes and Darlington in around an hour.

Debbie Whittingham, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, said: “I believe that this will be a desirable development for those who like the quiet life offered by a village, but also enjoys trips out, perhaps to Whitby or Middlesbrough, and commutes to nearby towns.

“Part exchange is a great scheme for those with a house to sell, as it provides them with a guaranteed buyer for their property and takes away the worries of being caught in a chain. For first time buyers struggling to save up a substantial mortgage, we can pay 5% towards their deposit. If you’re interested in any of the deals we offer or would like to talk about Hunley Manor, please give us a call and we will see how we can help you.”
