TD Waterhouse to supply ISA services to Schroders
TD Waterhouse Corporate Services (Europe), part of TD Waterhouse, which is a subsidiary in the TD Bank Financial Group, has announced that it has won a new client, Schroders Private Bank.
TD Waterhouse Corporate Services (Europe) - ("TDWCS") - will provide Schroders Private Banking with a full Model B service for its discretionary ISA products. This is an exciting development for both companies with a truly European flavour. The project brought together teams based in Zurich, London and Birmingham, and its success is a result of the skill and hard work of those who established the links and will provide the ongoing service.
Schroders Private Banking users in Zurich will have a comprehensive toolset for generating orders and passing them through to the TDWCS team in Birmingham for execution. TDWCS will look after settlement and custody of the holdings and will host the core system at its Birmingham data-centre.
Jason Robinson, Director of Operations, TD Waterhouse Corporate Services (Europe) comments: "It is testament to the broad scope of our ISA services that Schroders Private Banking has chosen TD Waterhouse Corporate Services (Europe) as a provider for its ISAs. We have the capability and authorisation to act as ISA Plan Manager and have an established operation that supports the full range of ISA-allowable stocks. ISA is just one of our core service features - we have a proven flexible and scalable platform which offers cost efficiencies for users and access to a wide variety of investment solutions in an increasingly competitive market."
