The Cotswolds does it in BoardroomStyle

6th October 2010 Print

Style matters - especially in The Cotswolds, where things are always done that little bit differently to the norm.

So don't expect to see any soul-less meetings and events venues when you log on to the brand new BoardroomStyle.com website.

Expect, instead, the kind of meeting places and corporate hospitality which you are likely to find in one of the best known, and most desirable, locations in the whole of the British Isles.

The stylish new website has brought together some of the finest country house boardroom-style meetings places in The Cotswolds under one collective banner, in a bid to tempt even more discerning PAs and meetings and event organisers to look more closely at what is now on offer in-and-around The Cotswolds, Bath, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham and Gloucester.

The Cotswolds, of course, is well recognised for leading the way when it comes to boutique hotels, restaurants with rooms, contemporary cuisine and design-led décor.

As such, the collection which is featured at BoardroomStyle.com will quickly introduce meetings and event organisers to a remarkable choice of individually managed country house hotels, where the overriding emphasis is on a philosophy of good service and great quality.

Venues include such well-known 'names' as Lords of the Manor in Upper Slaughter, The Feathers in Woodstock, Calcot Manor in Tetbury, Three Ways House in Mickleton, Ettington Park Hotel in Stratford, and The Swan Hotel in Bibury. Edward Jenner's former family home, in Berkeley, meanwhile, is an obvious choice for medical conferences.

Currently, 21 venues are featured, with membership growing, as are the venue-finding and supplementary services (including Virgin hot air balloon flights) attached to this stylish new collection.

BoardroomStyle.com was officially launched at the SquareMeal event at Billingsgate, London, on September 22nd

Providing, in effect, a one-stop "insider's guide" to the best of The Cotswolds, the new website gives a description of each one the 21 properties included in this unique collection.
