Warwickshire property-seekers can register their interest now in Taylor Wimpey’s The Hathaways development of apartments and houses for sale in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Would-be movers in search of their dream home are urged to make a date in their diaries to visit the launch of Taylor Wimpey’s exclusive collection of brand new homes in Stratford-upon-Avon.

On Saturday 23rd October, the leading housebuilder is opening the Sales Office at The Hathaways in the sought-after area of Bishopton, marking the official launch of the select development of just 77 new houses and coach house flats for sale in Stratford.

Home-hunters keen to make sure they have the pick of the plots should visit the development during the launch weekend to ensure they can reserve their favourite property in Stratford.

Jan Titley, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West Midlands, says: “The Hathaways is a very special development offering an elite selection of two-bedroom coach houses as well as two, three and four-bedroom mews homes and substantial detached houses in Stratford.

“With the exclusive first homes available at The Hathaways, we urge anyone interested in moving to a beautiful new three or four-bedroom property for sale in Stratford to come to the launch weekend on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th October to ensure they don’t miss out.”

By attending the development during the launch weekend, visitors will be able to see detailed designs and floor plans for the new homes, as well as discover the prices of individual plots available to reserve.

First-time buyers and those with a property to sell can also speak to the Sales Executive about Taylor Wimpey’s special incentives to make stepping onto or up the property ladder hassle-free.

The Hathaways lies just off Bishopton Lane, near The Avenue in Stratford, and the development is bordered by mature trees, hedges and green open spaces that help to give it a tranquil, semi-rural ambience.

However, a host of everyday amenities are also on the doorstep, with local buses providing regular services to and from the town centre, and the Maybird retail centre just a short stroll from home.

Commuters will appreciate that The Hathaways is only a short drive from the A46 Northern bypass for quick links to Leamington, Coventry and the M40 for London and Birmingham. Regular direct rail services operate from Stratford station to London Marylebone and Birmingham Snow Hill, while Birmingham International Airport is a little over 25 miles away.

The area is also home to a choice of good schools for children of all ages, and a wide range of family attractions are within easy reach, including Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds, Worcester, the Malverns and Warwick Castle.

The Hathaways Sales Office will be open from 10am until 5pm on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th October, and thereafter between 10am and 5pm, seven days a week.

* According to the Nationwide Building Society’s House Price Index, published on June 30, 2010, house prices in the London Borough of Croydon rose by 8% in the second quarter of the year (April to June 2010).
