Experts will be on hand at Morris’ Soughton Park development on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 October to offer insider advice to homebuyers who want to move up the property ladder.

A part exchange manager will be available to answer any questions and give advice at the Soughton Park development, between 10.30am and 5.30pm to explain how Morris’ 100 per cent part exchange scheme can help buyers with an existing property to sell.

Julie Smith, regional sales director for Morris, said: “Our part-exchange scheme is ideal for anyone who is struggling to sell their current home, who doesn’t want to have to worry about the sale falling through or risk getting stuck in a property chain.

“This event is a great opportunity to speak to an expert about how the part exchange scheme works and to take a look around the stunning four bedroom detached show home as well as the two and three bedroom view homes.”

Morris’ part exchange scheme is available on a selection of three bedroom and four bedroom homes at Soughton Park starting from £162,750.

Homeowners who take advantage of the scheme won’t have the hassle of trying to sell their existing home as Morris will buy their property for 100 per cent of the market price leaving them free to move.

To find out more about Soughton Park, visit the sales office (open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm) at Denbigh Road, Mold, CH7 1BT.
