Barratt plans 161 new homes in Frampton Cotterell

Barratt is making plans for a key new development in the region with details currently being finalised for 161 new homes at Frampton Cotterell.

The new development – to be called The Meads @ Frampton Cotterell – has been given the green light by planners and anyone interested in a new home here can now register their interest.

It is one of eight new developments being launched by Barratt Bristol in the next 12 months and sales director Andrea Pilgrim said there is a great sense of anticipation – particularly for Frampton Cotterell.
