swiftcover.com research reveals two fifths of Britain’s motorists (13.2 million) would not consider reducing car use, despite green issues dominating the public agenda. More than one in four (27%) motorists said they would not drive their car less even if their overall motoring costs doubled, and more than half of all drivers (57%) reported that even if petrol prices at their current level doubled, they would still not drive less.
