Taylor Wimpey’s site managers awarded for excellence
Taylor Wimpey South Wales is flying the flag of success this month after four of its site managers from across the region fought off stiff competition to each pick up a highly coveted housing award.
Recognising their exceptional commitment to high standards in house building, site managers Chris Dudley at Parc Groeswen in Margam, Francois Lodder at Equinox in Cardiff, Peter Pettit at The Grove in Radyr and Geraint Thomas at Great Western Warf in Newport were each awarded one of this year’s prestigious Pride in the Job Quality Awards by the National House-Building Council (NHBC).
The Pride in the Job Awards are presented following stringent judging by NHBC inspectors, who perform spot checks on developments throughout the year. They also provide homebuyers with the assurance that the development provides top quality homes and excellent customer care.
Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, Francois Lodder, site manager at Equinox in Cardiff, said: “These awards are testament to the continued hard work and dedication displayed by each of our teams on site and reflects a collective commitment to driving and delivering excellence. It’s very satisfying to be recognised and rewarded by those within the industry and is real boost for everyone involved.”
