New homes in Nuneaton boast an added dimension

9th November 2010 Print

Nuneaton homebuyers can sample three storey living with a visit to Higham Place.

The new five-bedroom Brockwell show home from Crest Nicholson is now open in Higham Lane and has been causing a stir with house hunters.

Amanda Benjamin, area sales manager for Crest Nicholson, explained: “We’ve had lots of people take the time to look around the Brockwell and have received positive feedback from potential purchasers. Because it’s set out over three floors it’s a property that can’t be fully appreciated by simply looking at the floor plans – in fact visitors have been pleasantly surprised by the extent of the living space and the room sizes.”

Available from £349,950, the ground floor of the Brockwell features a large living room, fully fitted kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances plus a separate dining room with French doors leading to the garden.

On the first floor, there’s the family bathroom plus four bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a sense of glamour as it not only has an en suite but also a dressing room; while up on the top floor the second bedroom also enjoys the convenience of an en suite.

“The Brockwell is a prime example of how three storey town houses, which were popular in the Victorian era, are perfectly suited to modern family living,” Amanda commented.

“They offer an added dimension to your living space and it’s up to you how you use it. For example if you don’t need all five bedrooms you may decide to make the bedroom on the top floor into a TV room for older children or to use one of the rooms as a home office or study.”

Less than a mile from Nuneaton town centre, Higham Place residents can look forward to having an array of shops, restaurants, banks, bars, clubs, plus a good choice of local schools all within easy reach.

Good road and rail links, mean that the cities of Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester are easily accessible.

The Brockwell show home is now open daily from 10am to 5pm.
