Couple enjoy a smooth move in Nuneaton

Margaret and Geoff Tedds enjoyed a smooth transition to a brand new home in Nuneaton with help from Crest Nicholson.

The couple moved up the property ladder to a four-bedroom property at Higham Place without even having to think about finding a buyer for their old home with the help of SmoothMove.

Margaret explained: “We were living in a three-bedroom detached home in Horeston Grange, Nuneaton, but wanted something nearer to Geoff’s mum who lives in the next town. We did some research on the internet and found that Crest had a really good reputation so went to look at what they had to offer. We really liked the Brunswick and because it’s got four bedrooms it means that if Geoff’s mum needs to stay with us there’s plenty of space.”

“We were delighted that they found a buyer within a week. It made moving so much easier as Crest did all of the work and kept us up to date all of the way through. All I had to worry about was the cleaning,” Margaret quipped.

Margaret’s favourite room of the house is the spacious lounge, which is a bright living space accessed via double doors from the hall; while Geoff enjoys the convenience of having an en suite to master bedroom.

“We bought our old home 24 years ago as a new build and wouldn’t consider anything other than a new build because you know exactly what you are buying,” Margaret added.

The couple are so pleased with their new home that they’ve recommended Crest to family and friends and have even been taking people in to look around the show home.
