Chocolate & Krug tasting at Fortnum & Mason

Damian Allsop, known for avant-garde chocolate collections made using a unique water-based (rather than cream-based) recipe, has created the ultimate Christmas chocolates, with a Champagne ganache featuring Krug Grand Cru, and a cognac ganache using Hennessy X.O.  

The chocolate will be available from mid-November, exclusively through  Fortnum & Mason, and also online at damianallsop.com.

Join Damian on 9th December at Fortnum & Mason for a festive evening of chocolate and Krug tasting, when he’ll be explaining the finer points of chocolate tasting, and why Krug is the perfect partner.

Head Pastry Chef in Michelin-starred restaurants for nearly 20 years, Damian has worked with some of the best chefs in England, France and Catalonia. Tickets for the sessions, at 6pm or 7.45pm, are priced at £10 each.
