Homebuyers in Radcliffe are being given a final chance to buy at housebuilder Morris’ Wilton Park development as the last detached property goes up for sale.

Morris has released for sale the last four bedroom detached home at the Wilton Park development, on Hutchinson Road, for just £210,750.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director for Morris, said: “Wilton Park has already attracted a lot of interest from homebuyers seeking a home conveniently located to amenities for growing families including a good range of shops and schools.

“For commuters to Manchester city centre, the M60 is just a short drive away from the development as well as being within easy access to frequent bus, metro and rail transport links.”

The remaining property is also available under the housebuilder’s popular part exchange scheme, which enables homebuyers with existing properties to sell their house directly to Morris for 100 per cent of its market value.

Chris added “The advantage of the part exchange scheme means that homebuyers will not miss out on the opportunity of getting their dream home at Wilton Park while they wait for their existing property to sell.

“It gives homeowners a guaranteed buyer, eliminates any estate agents fees and means you won’t get stuck in a dreaded property chain – one of the biggest fears for homebuyers at the minute.”

For more information, visit the sales office (open Thursday to Monday from 9.30 am until 4.30pm) at Wilton Park, School Street, Radcliffe, M26 3AB.
