'Feel good' prices at Furniture Village

4th January 2011 Print

Leading furniture retailer, Furniture Village, has reiterated its price pledge for January and February 2011.

As VAT is set to rise on 4 January 2011, Furniture Village is reassuring customers that their prices are not. The impending VAT increase will not be passed on to customers for the whole of January and February, with sales prices remaining the same as they were back in the mid-season Autumn sale.

Ed Duggan, Finance and Commercial Director at Furniture Village, comments 'We have always put the needs of our customers first so it's only natural we want to offer them the very best value for money now - at a time when many are already feeling the tough impact of the rising cost of living.'

The combination of holding back the VAT increase along with excellent sales prices and three years' interest free credit underpins the company's ongoing commitment to offering genuine value for money on products across dining, bedroom and upholstery. What's more, Furniture Village has recently introduced its new 'Feel Good' voucher scheme, an initiative aimed at creating the best value for customers whilst also, most importantly, making them feel good about the purchases they are making. These vouchers can be downloaded from the website or picked up in-store and are worth up to an extra 10% off sale prices e.g. £100 off when you spend £1000.
