How does it work?
When booking a flight on KLM.com, add the selected flight to your order. Then you will see the option to add a hotel, car rental and other services.
If you want one or more of these services for only a part of the duration of your stay, then you can easily adjust the data.
As soon as your order is complete, proceed to entering the personal and payment information. There you can also add travel and / or cancellation insurance. You pay for everything in 1 go.
For some services, such as hotels and rental cars, you will have to pay at your destination. In that case, your payment details are required only to guarantee your reservation.
Changes and cancellations
After you have made the reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. It lists all the details of your flight, well as other services you booked. You will also find these if you log in via Manage my Booking.
If you wish to change your reservation of additional services, you can do this yourself online.
