The first releases, of the total 192 new homes at the YES! development, has already attracted a number of reservations.

With the sales and marketing suite now open from Thursday to Monday, homehunters can get a feel for the development and view images of the various home styles and designs – as well a pick a preferred home from off plan.

Styles range from coach houses and townhouses to detached family homes.
