Holidaymakers are being offered new alternatives to travelling in the UK, by Norwich-based company UK Travel Boutique.

Founded in 2008 by Caitlin Eisenmann, who recognised a need to combine the childhood nostalgia of British holidays with the stylish comfort associated with glamorous destinations, she created the website as a 'one-stop boutique', where customers are offered unique places to stay without breaking a budget. Joined this year by her friend and business partner Louise Martin, UK Travel Boutique is devoted to predicting British holiday trends and inspiring its customers to explore their country in ways they've never considered.

UK Travel Boutique provides an array of hidden-gem boutique hotels and B &Bs, chic self-catering cottages, and the option to escape it all in a classic cars and luxury yachts. But it's the website's focus on 'glamping' which truly sets it apart from every other travel company. UK Travel Boutique recalls childhood memories of camping: 'The great outdoors, making dens, playing rounders until dusk, the freedom to explore with nature all around. But with our grown-up recollections we also remember the stuffy, leaky tent, the smelly sleeping bag, the cramped conditions and the dubious food?'

Glamping combines lavish comfort with Britain's sublime countryside. Imagine a camping holiday with hot running water, flushing toilets and wood-burning fires. Imagine sinking into luxury bedding and soft feather pillows. Imagine yourself in a hot tub, a chilled glass of bubbly fizzing away in your hand. With its recognition that glamping has become a new way to travel, UK Travel Boutique has sourced an incredible range of options, with everything from Moroccan-style yurts, to campervans and wild-west wigwams, this is quickly becoming the perfect option for the young and stylish British family. Camping is now comfortable!

When you've booked your unique holiday with UKTB, you'll discover that it offers a distinctly personalised service, providing customers with guides to their chosen destination and suggesting ideas for gastronomic treats, tearooms, vintage shopping and the best local beaches to build your sandcastles. And, of course, the more practical aspects of travelling are covered: your transportation, travel insurance and weather updates can all be found through UKTB.

Caitlin and Louise both share a passion for fulfilling their customer's needs for a one-stop site, and plan to introduce a 'travel shop' bringing travel accessories as original and inspiring as their holidays.
