A leading interior designer is offering to ‘fix it’ on the inside for one lucky new home buyer in the Yorkshire region.

Jeanette Holmes, an independent designer - who has award winning house builder Miller Homes on her client list - has kindly donated an enviable prize to a competition open to all prospective property buyers who reserve* a Miller home between now and 20th February 2011. It doesn’t matter whether it is a one bedroom apartment or a five bedroom family house – a reservation on any property at any one of the thirteen Yorkshire region developments will entitle you to be entered into the prize draw to win a two hour design consultation for your home.

“It will be my absolute pleasure to advise the winner on how I can ‘fix it’ for them to make their beautiful Miller home come to life in a creative and practical way,” commented Jeanette. “Miller is famous for its superbly stylish homes that really lend themselves to great interior design. My aim is to stamp real personality and individuality into the property!”

Over the next few weeks, Miller Homes is pledging to try and “fix it” for buyers struggling to move, as it embarks on a nationwide initiative to bring buyers and their dream homes together in 2011 with a range of special schemes and incentives.

Operating under the banner theme “Miller Homes Can Fix It For You” - deliberately reminiscent of Sir Jimmy Saville’s 80s TV juggernaut – the developer is offering a whole range of incentives from Deposit Match to shared equity and, on certain plots, will allow you to swap your old home for a brand new Miller home.

And to help buyers in a fix after the cost of Christmas – Miller Homes will throw in £500 of M&S vouchers and £500 towards utility bills to sweeten the deal. Buyers will have to act fast however, as these offers are exclusive to all reservations taken by the 20th February.

“Jeanette really does have a superb eye and has created wonderful show homes for us that have attracted admiration from visitors,” commented Steve McElroy sales director Miller Homes Yorkshire. “The lucky winner will be able to tap into Jeanette’s expertise and take her ideas to transform the interior of their new Miller Home into one they have dreamed of.”

Everyone who reserves a plot at any of the thirteen sites in the Yorkshire region during the competition period will be entered into a prize draw to win a two hour consultation with Jeanette, upon completion of the sale.

Miller Homes currently has thirteen developments located throughout the region.
