Miller Homes have a plan for home buyers

If you are dreaming of a new home, or perhaps your very first one, award winning house builder Miller Homes have got a plan!
Until 20th February it is hoping to help as many people as possible find a brand new place to call home with its ‘fix it’ campaign – deliberately reminiscent of ‘80’s TV show ‘Jim’ll Fix It’!
And to help buyers in a fix after the cost of Christmas – Miller Homes will throw in £500 of M&S vouchers and £500 towards utility bills to sweeten the deal.
In support of this, its Calder View development, located on the outskirts of Bradford, is hosting a superb open weekend on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th February where a host of properties are available to view. And, if you reserve a property that weekend, there is the added incentive of being able to choose carpets for your new home from its ‘Cabaret’ range of floor coverings.
“We are looking forward to welcoming people to our superb development at Calder View which is already proving to be incredibly popular,” commented Jan Hanaby area sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire. “There is a selection of properties available ranging from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom family homes, offering something for just about everyone.”
In addition to a tempting selection of properties there is also a range of purchase initiatives to help you on your way.
For people with a home to sell, the developer has recently rolled out its exclusive new home exchange product, MiSwap. This unique scheme is only available through Miller Homes and allows buyers to swap their current home for one of Miller’s selected plots*, whether they are looking to upsize, downsize or swap like for like.
The scheme marks a radical departure from traditional part exchange exchanges which usually require a home owner to purchase a property worth at least 30% more than their existing home to qualify.
For buyers looking to get onto the property ladder, Miller Homes has shared equity available either in the form of the Government backed scheme (Homebuy Direct) or its own package – MiWay.
The scheme enable buyers to pay for part of their home now, up to 70% with Homebuy Direct with the rest coming in the form of a from Miller Homes.
“The team at Calder View are ready and waiting to answer any questions and provide their help and support in any way they can,” commented Jan. “We’d like to help make as many dreams come true as possible this year – which means this weekend is a great opportunity for home buyers to find out how we can fix it for them!”
Calder View is a lively mix of house styles and is located close to picturesque countryside and enjoys an attractive canal side setting. Pleasingly, it is also close to all local amenities and within easy reach of M1 and M62 motorways.
If you are interested in making a move to Calder View, the sales centre is open each day; 10.30am to 5.30pm, or visit: millerhomes.co.uk. During the open weekend it will be open 10.30am – 4pm.
