Family searching for space find much more with Redrow

A family from Bracknell found the spacious home of their dreams with a standard of service to match from Redrow at Windsor Park.
Zoe and Justyn Barratt, moved into a traditional style four-bedroom home from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection with their 20-month-old daughter Kaitlyn. They also needed more space for Justyn’s son James, 10, to come and stay at weekends, and extra room should their family continue to grow.
Business analyst Zoe, 34, said: “We weren’t initially looking for a new build home but when we viewed Redrow’s properties we were really surprised by how spacious they were inside. The specification is also extremely high and we couldn’t believe just how much was included as standard. As we bought the property off plan, before it was built, we were even able to select many of the fixtures and fittings and create a home that was exactly as we wanted it.”
Leaving behind their 1960s three-bedroom home on the other side of Bracknell, the family are relishing their new lifestyle, which includes spending time in the family room in their new home.
Zoe added: “We’ve got the benefits of having several different living spaces so we can use the family room to play and make a mess and then go into the lounge where we can leave all the mess behind for the evening and enjoy a more ‘grown up’ room. It’s such a sensible use of space. Both children have got a double bedroom, which will important as they get older. We love the exterior too, it’s double fronted and very traditional in its appearance.
Since their first visit to the development, right through until after they had moved in, the couple have been delighted with the attention to detail paid by Redrow’s development team.
“Our experience with Redrow has been fantastic from start to finish. Having never bought a new home before it was great to be guided through the process. The appliances and fixtures and fittings have all been of the highest standard and all the staff have been incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Redrow to my family and friends.”
