If you're looking for a family home with lots of character outside, while boasting a beautifully crafted specification inside, you’ll be spoilt for choice at Cheswick.

This new urban ‘village’ in the Stoke Park area of north Bristol has been hugely popular and developer Redrow has now launched a brand new phase of Aurora Spring, one of the individual ‘hamlets’ that make up Cheswick.

These latest four and six bedroom detached homes from The New Heritage Collection have plenty of space for growing families and bags of potential thanks to their well planned layouts.

Hayley Zaple, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), said: “The new phase will bring a wider selection of well-priced family homes to Bristol buyers. Reminiscent externally of the character properties of the arts and crafts era the homes boast an interior specification unseen in most new build properties and certainly one that is unlikely to be found in a second-hand property without it undergoing extensive renovation.

“There’s an emphasis on convivial open plan living spaces, family rooms, fashionable kitchen designs with floor to ceiling cabinets, top brand name appliances, including totally integrated ovens, fridge-freezers and microwaves.

“We also include built-in book shelves, outside lights and under lighting to kitchen units as part of our standard specification. Bathrooms are sleek, modern and pleasing to the eye, with a tile range that is unique to Redrow. It’s fair to say this top-notch specification is unrivalled among most of our peers – and customers have been amazed at how much is included as standard.”

Just as the Arts & Crafts era of the late 19th and early 20th centuries grew from the desire to bring back the skill and creativity of the individual craftsman, Redrow has deliberately set out to reintroduce a high degree of individuality to the way its homes look and feel.

As well as new homes, the new village of Cheswick will eventually boast shops, places to eat and all the local amenities of an established residential neighbourhood.”

Three and four-bedroom detached prices are still available in earlier phases of Aurora Spring. Prices for the complete range are from £250,000 to £449,995. Some homes are ready to move into and selected plots include carpets and turfed rear gardens.
