As February is the month for romance, Bloor Homes is feeling the love and offering one lucky couple the chance to win a luxury weekend break worth a whopping £1,000.

It’s an added bonus for house-hunters looking for an amazing new home in the region, as anyone visiting Bloor’s developments in its Western region during their open weekends will have a chance to enter the draw.

There are three developments in Gloucester, each holding an event. Monk Meadow Quay – Bloor’s waterside development in the heart of the Gloucester Docklands regeneration area, is holding its open weekend on 12 and 13 February. During the same weekend, you can also visit Bloor’s newest development in the county – St White’s in Cinderford, which is situated in the heart of the Forest of Dean. Bloor’s fastest selling development – Littlecombe in Dursley, will hold its event during the following weekend, 19 and 20 February.

In Hereford, Venns Park – located in the prestigious Aylestone Hill area, close to the city centre – is holding its open weekend on 12 and 13 February to promote its final property – a one 4-bedroomdetached house. Kington Park – a semi-rural location in the town of Kington, where, you can find a range of four and five-bedroom houses – will hold its event during the weekend of 26 and 27 February.

And in Oxfordshire, the Folly Park View development, located in a beautiful setting right alongside the picturesque Folly Park, with the charming and historic town centre less than a mile away, is holding its open weekend on 19 and 20 February.

During the events, you’ll have the opportunity to have a look round the development, take a tour of the showhome/s and find out more about the fantastic range of homes and incentives available. An Independent Financial Adviser will also be on hand to offer no obligation advice if required.

As a family company that takes a real interest in its customers and aims to make the home-buying process a straightforward process, Bloor offers a range of incentives to make the move as simple as possible. If you need to sell an existing home before purchasing, Bloor Homes might be able to buy your house under their full value part exchange scheme. Some properties are also available to purchase using an equity loan which will help you keep your mortgage payments down and Bloor may also be able to add to your deposit which means that buying a brand new home could work out cheaper than renting.

Sales and Marketing Director, Mark Powell said: “With house prices set to surge this spring, according to recent predictions by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), we wanted to encourage people seeking a new home to look at some fabulous properties before prices start to rise. We’ve organised a series of open weekends at the developments across our Western Region over the next few weeks and visitors will have an opportunity to enter the prize draw at all the different locations during their event. One entry will then be selected to win this fantastic prize and the lucky winner may also fall in love with the home of their dreams at the same time.”

To avoid delays on arrival, you are advised to book an appointment in advance.

The winning prize draw entrant will be able to choose their weekend break up to the value of £1,000 which they can spend as they wish at Mr and Mrs Smith Hotels – a luxury chain of boutique hotels offering destinations in the UK and beyond.
