British Airways has more than 45 city breaks up for grabs with prices including flights and accommodation from as little as £139 for two nights in Rome or £429 for three nights in New York.

Destinations available when the ‘around every corner is a new adventure’ sale launches on February 10 include Las Vegas, Lisbon, Stockholm, Marrakech and Gothenburg making breaks for Easter, Mother’s Day, the Royal Wedding and May bank holidays an easy reality.  Travel dates vary for travel from now though to December 16, 2011

To help travellers make the most of their trip, British Airways has also pulled together some top travel tips.

In Sweden travellers can try the 60-metre high Wheel of Gothenburg ride, offering spectacular views of the city. On the ground there is a thriving café culture and over 500 stores to stock up on some Swedish style.

In Las Vegas hotels can be selected by theme – perhaps a stay in Paris, New York or Ancient Rome? The nightlife along the world-famous strip is sensational, and it’s worth catching one of the amazing shows.

In Marrakech, the city’s bustling main square comes to life in the evenings. There’s great entertainment from snake charmers, storytellers, dancers and acrobats and local cuisine at the dozens of food stalls.

In Europe, two nights in Rome at the 3* Giotto including continental breakfast starts from £139 per person and includes return BA flights from Gatwick and accommodation. 

For cultural breaks Budapest or Prague are well worth the visit:
