Homebuyers in Nuneaton have discovered the easy way to buy a new home thanks to Redrow.
The award-winning home builder’s ‘easi:buy’ scheme enables purchasers to defer paying up to 15% of the price of selected properties at Eliot’s View in Nuneaton.

For example, with ‘easi:buy’ customers with a deposit of £7,500 will only need to apply for a mortgage of £119,996 to purchase a three-bedroom ‘Kenilworth’, on the market at £149,995.
The outstanding balance can be repaid at any time over the 10 years when the purchaser has more funds available or when they come to resell.
The ‘easi:buy’ payment is subject to terms and conditions. Interest free for 10 years, the deferred element is paid back at market value at the time of payment.
