Autoquake makes car buying even easier
Autoquake.com, UK online car supermarket, now offers a part exchange facility to its customers.
“We’re excited to offer car buyers this service,” said Autoquake’s CEO, Dermot Halpin. “If you have an old car to sell, there’s no need to stress about time wasters, spending money on classified ads or waiting for the phone to ring. Instead, Autoquake customers get a fair price for their part exchange without the fuss.”
Once a used car buyer has chosen a car from Autoquake’s stock of close to 2,000 vehicles, they can call customer services, giving the reg number of their car. Autoquake’s advisors then give an immediate estimate of the car’s worth.
When the buyer collects their Autoquake car from the Leeds or London handover centre, a qualified technician appraises the trade-in, checking the condition of the interior, bodywork, wheels and tyres. They also make a mechanical check and take a test drive.
Then the customer is given the final value of their part exchange. The whole handover process, including assessing the trade-in, takes just over an hour, so customers are quickly back on the road in their new car.
“Our prices are still 10% cheaper than a car supermarket would charge but now there’s no need to go through the hassle of selling your old car privately,” said Halpin. “We guarantee to offer a fair price for every part exchange.”
