More choice for buyers in Berkshire

If you're looking for a family home with lots of character outside, while boasting a beautifully crafted specification inside, you’ll soon be spoilt for choice in Bracknell.

The Jennet’s Park development has been hugely popular and developer Redrow will soon be launching its latest phase, Balmoral Gardens, bringing more New Heritage Collection homes to the location and giving homebuyers even more to choose from.

Larger four and five-bedroom homes will feature in this new phase to complement the existing homes already proving popular at Windsor Park.

The New Heritage Collection is a premium housing product with more than a hint of nostalgia. Externally it’s been influenced by the ‘Arts and Crafts’ era, but inside the homes boast a specification to meet the needs of modern lifestyles. Redrow has deliberately set out to reintroduce a high degree of individuality to the way its homes look and feel.

A new show home will also open when Balmoral Gardens launches in March. This professionally designed, fully furnished property will show case the high specification on offer, which rivals the second hand market for exterior character and period features, but wins hands down when it comes to bright modern interiors and the added benefits of being energy efficient and easy to maintain.

Mary Timlin, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Royal Berkshire is the perfect location for our New Heritage Collection, as the traditional setting reflects our desire to reintroduce time-honoured, high quality designs and building methods.

“We are looking forward to launching Balmoral Gardens which will bring a wider choice of larger family homes to the Bracknell market.”

Plans for Jennett’s Park include a country park of 91 acres, a doctor’s surgery, primary school due to open in September and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Prices for the new homes at Balmoral Gardens will be released at the launch.

In the meantime, two, three and four-bedroom homes at Windsor Park are available from £219,950 to £344,950. A show village of four professionally decorated and furnished show homes is open at Windsor Park daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
