Executive new homes to launch in Bracknell

A new development of beautifully designed homes crafted to a high specification is going on sale in Bracknell.
Launching on Saturday and Sunday, March 12 and 13, Balmoral Gardens is the latest phase of homes from Redrow at the Jennet’s Park venture and brings a wider choice of larger family homes to the local market.
The new four and five-bedroom designs have been chosen from Redrow’s highly regarded New Heritage Collection to complement the existing properties for sale at the housebuilder’s neighbouring Windsor Park development.
A new professionally designed, fully furnished show home will open at the weekend to show case the collection, which has all the exterior character and period-style features of older homes, but wins hands down when it comes to bright modern interiors.
Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), commented: “Balmoral Gardens will give Bracknell homebuyers a greater choice of larger detached four and five-bedroom homes.
“We know from research with customer focus groups most homebuyers prefer to be able to view a show home before making a decision. With that in mind we’ll be adding to the four existing show homes at Windsor Park by opening the doors to a four-bedroom ‘Richmond’ that has been dressed to impress by a team of professional interior designers.”
To reflect the sought after combination of old and new, the executive four-bedroom Richmond has an elegant colour palette of ivory, gold and black, and incorporates time-honoured furnishings, such Italian-style cabinets in the en-suite master bedroom and French Colonial inspired items in bedroom two. The third bedroom has been given a touch of magic with a Harry Potter theme.
In all Redrow homes kitchens are fitted with top brand name integrated appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge-freezers, plus under unit lighting; while the floor to ceiling cabinets and extra wide drawers offer plenty of storage. The standard specification also includes fitted wardrobes, built-in book shelves and outside lights. And in the bathrooms you’ll discover quality fixtures and fittings, with an exclusive tile range.
“Visitors to Balmoral Gardens will be pleasantly surprised at what’s included as standard in our New Heritage Collection homes as we offer a specification that’s unrivalled among most of our house building peers, let alone the second hand sector,” Tonia explained.
Plans for Jennett’s Park include a country park of 91 acres, a doctor’s surgery, primary school due to open in September and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.
Prices for the new homes at Balmoral Gardens will be released at the launch.
In the meantime, two, three and four-bedroom homes at Windsor Park are available from £219,950 to £344,950. A show village of four professionally decorated and furnished show homes is open at Windsor Park daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
