More than 50 eager homebuyers attended the launch of a new development of beautifully crafted homes at Jennett’s Park in Bracknell.

With two homes reserved over the launch weekend and scores more interested buyers, Redrow’s Balmoral Gardens venture is already proving popular as it brings a wider choice of larger family homes to the local market.

The new four and five-bedroom designs have been chosen from Redrow’s highly regarded New Heritage Collection, to complement the existing properties for sale at the neighbouring Windsor Park development. Homes in the collection have all the exterior character and period-style features of older homes, but win hands down when it comes to bright modern interiors.

Visitors to the launch event commented on how well the new ‘Richmond’ show home showed off the potential of the properties as real family homes. So much so, that the professionally designed show home helped inspire two purchasers to reserve homes after their first look.

Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), commented: “We are delighted the launch was so successful and the properties so well-received. We’re confident the venture will build on the successes of our previous developments in Bracknell and are pleased to be providing homebuyers with a greater choice of larger detached three, four and five-bedroom homes.”

To reflect the sought after combination of old and new, the executive four-bedroom Richmond show home has an elegant colour palette of ivory, gold and black, and incorporates time-honoured furnishings, such Italian-style cabinets in the master bedroom, which has an en suite, and French Colonial inspired items in bedroom two. The fourth bedroom has been given a touch of magic with a Harry Potter theme.

In all Redrow homes kitchens are fitted with top brand name integrated appliances, including ovens, microwaves and fridge-freezers, plus under unit lighting; while the floor to ceiling cabinets and extra wide drawers offer plenty of storage. The standard specification also includes fitted wardrobes, built-in book shelves and outside lights. And in the bathrooms you’ll discover quality fixtures and fittings, with an exclusive tile range.

Plans for Jennett’s Park include a country park of 91 acres, primary school due to open in September and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Prices for the new homes at Balmoral Gardens start from £299,995 for a three-bedroom detached Warwick, while four-bedroom homes are available from £331,950 to £473,950. For more information call 0845 676 0412.

Three and four-bedroom homes at neighbouring Windsor Park are available from £249,950 to £434,950. As well as the new Richmond show home at Balmoral Gardens, a show village of four professionally decorated and furnished show homes is open at Windsor Park daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
