Linden Homes North has unveiled its fabulous four-bedroom show home at the Richale Park development in Riccall - with the official opening coinciding with the housebuilder’s recent rebranding.

The new homes builder has recently changed its name from Stamford Homes.

The detached Deighton show home – with its spacious, open plan kitchen and dining area, and spacious rooms throughout, has been wowing visitors to the East Riding development over the weekend.

And it wasn’t only potential homeowners who made the visit to Riccall – listeners of York-based Minster FM were invited to come along, with the radio station presenting a live broadcast from the development.

Richale Park has already enjoyed tremendous success during the early part of 2011, with around half of the first phase of homes planned for the development already reserved from plan.

The new 58 home development is already a big hit with home hunters looking a two or three- bedroom home in a fabulous village location.

The first new homes at the development are due to completed in late spring, and currently range in price from £204,950 to £304,950.

Linden Homes sales advisor Ellie Just said: “The show home opening weekend was a huge success, and it was great to be able to show the people who had originally shown an interest in the development our brand new show home.

She added: “It’s never too early to reserve your favoured plot, especially if you want to personalise your home. As well as our fantastic range of contemporary and traditional kitchen styles, buyers can in many cases select their tiles and flooring at the same time as reserving!”

Riccall is perfectly positioned just eight miles from York on the A19. For details of prices and availability, visit: lindenhomes.co.uk
